Are you a skilled and ambitious Sales Negotiator looking to take your career to the next level?

We are excited to be working with a leading, independant estate agency based in Northamptonshire who are dominating the industry, to find a Sales Negotiator who is self-motivated, results-driven and has a strong work ethic. This role will be a key member of the dynamic, award-winning Kettering branch and will be responsible for generating new business by prospecting, generating leads, and working with the sales team to close new listings.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Liaise with potential buyers and sellers to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property
  • Negotiate and facilitate the sales process between buyers and sellers
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local property market, including pricing trends and property values
  • Actively seek out new leads and potential clients through various channels
  • Prepare and present property listings, ensuring accurate and enticing descriptions
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and company objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in estate agency sales

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within the estate agency sector is ideal but other industries will be considered
  • Sound knowledge of the local property market in Northamptonshire
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for property listings and sales management
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for property viewings
  • A professional and proactive approach to work, with attention to detail
