We’re looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join a prestigious and growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with office experience, strong organisational skills, and a confident, professional approach.

The Role

Supporting a busy team, you’ll play a key part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming calls and visitors, ensuring a professional first impression.

  • Preparing sales proposals and processing orders.

  • Invoicing and compiling sales figures.

  • Diary management and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Raising purchase orders and updating internal systems.

  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies.

  • General administrative support to maintain efficiency across the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Office experience and a strong ability to stay organised.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Confidence handling phone calls and liaising with stakeholders.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
