Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an exciting Customer Services Assistant role based in Corby, the position will allow you to develop your career in a unique field and benefit from learning & developing your experience within a fast-paced sales administration department.  The role will come with varied duties & responsibilities, benefiting from working in close proximity to the senior management team and learning all aspects of the business.  The role will offer development and the ability to forge a lasting and valued career path.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Office Administration

  • Handling both the incoming and outgoing post / email enquiries
  • Greeting visitors and fielding incoming calls
  • Taking customer orders accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Dealing with sales enquiries in a timely fashion
  • Working closely with the team to ensure tenders and quotations are completed quickly and more importantly accurately
  • Good MS Applications ability including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; also the ability to turn your hand to bespoke internal systems


Personal profile:

  • Good organisational skills

  • Enjoy working on different projects with various clients and keep all plates juggling

  • Attention to detail

  • Keen to learn and develop skills

  • Good time keeper

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Professional and self-motivated

MON-FRI 0830-1700 (due to the nature of the company it is not possible to offer flexibility on this position with hours or location)
