Customer Service Coordinator, 25-30hrs per week

Department: Customer Service

Location: Kettering

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Key Role: Manage customer relationships from order placement to completion, to deliver the best possible level of service


Summary of main responsibilities and activities:

Working closely with our Senior Customer Service Coordinator

  • Join the daily production team meeting (video call) to confirm completion and delivery dates for customers

  • Investigate and resolve any customer complaints rapidly

  • Process orders for additional items as per customer requirements

  • Provide first line of support for customer queries

  • Manage communication with all departments including estimating, sales, CAD technicians, production and despatch to ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled

  • Ensure all emails and calls are responded to in a timely fashion

  • Process additional orders to existing projects
