Job Title: Accounts Clerk

Reports to: Finance Manager

Location: Kettering, Northants

Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5 



The role of the Accounts Clerk is to process transactions and support the Accounts function.



• Post daily purchase invoices

• Reconcile supplier statements

• Processing of credit card payments

• Posting customer payments

• Customer invoicing

• Dealing with any queries arising from processing of documents

• Other accounts/administration tasks as required

• Processing credits & re-invoicing as advised by credit control

• Processing courier invoices & ensuring costs are approved 

• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required, which are deemed necessary to assist with the needs of the company

• Processing Customer and Supplier Credit notes related to Cases
